Digital Marketing

1. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Develop product marketing strategies to achieve the defined KPIs & objectives
for OTT application
– Recruit, manage and train team members to execute the marketing plans
– Responsible for planning/producing/supervising/managing product branding,
content marketing & social media activity.
– Work closely with the product development team and content team to improve &
enhance the end user experience
– Conduct and analyze market research to capitalize on new trend, product and
market development opportunities for OTT application
– Collect, consolidate, and communicate product feedback and product
development needs to senior management
– Plan and execute other strategic and operational projects, campaigns and
programs as needed
– Report to Product Manager

2. REQUIREMENTS
Proven working experience and success in a digital marketing strategist or digital
marketing senior/leader role.
– Quick learner, flexible, proactive, confident, tech-savvy, creative and a team
leader
– Have experience working for OTT, application, production house
– Digital marketing skill: Facebook ADS, Google ADS, perfomance marketing
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Experience in training individual or groups
– Pleasant personality and proactive mindset
– Good team player and able to work under tight timelines
– Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
